Realistic Mannequins
Sharp FX mannequins are custom made from life-casts of actual people and reproduced in fibreglass so every shape & angle is as natural as possible, as well as being extremely durable. Heads and hands are made using hard-wearing silicone. Fingers and wrists can be made adjustable when needed, hair styles and eyes are individually hand crafted to suit each character. Sharp FX can also sculpt heads to look like particular people or famous characters.
Our specialised techniques give freedom to the customer to choose pose, facial expression, hair and eye colour making each mannequin one of a kind specifically tailored to the clients needs.
Props, Models & Replicas
Sharp FX have the ability to create specific sets props and models to create or enhance a display. Creating scenic items such as rock walls, floors, bunkers etc to complete a scene or recreating plaques, bullets, engines etc. to match existing historic items.
Sharp FX can either take casts from existing items or custom sculpt to fit the specific design and style of the display.
Sharp FX can also create realistic animals, to scale, oversize or miniature, including dinosaurs, arachnids, reptiles, mammals etc.
